Questions and answers

Got a question?

How long does it take?
Heating water from cold takes around five minutes. If you've brought hot water in a thermos, hold the button down and brewing starts straight away.
How many cups can I make on one charge?
If you're heating cold water, expect around three cups. Using hot water means the machine doesn't need to heat it, so the battery lasts for more cups.
Which capsules fit?
Nespresso® Original-style small capsules and Dolce Gusto®-style large espresso capsules. You can also use ground coffee. Vertuo capsules don't fit.
Does it work in the cold?
Batteries don't perform as well in very cold weather. On a winter trip, keep the machine inside your jacket or backpack until you're ready to use it, and consider bringing hot water in a thermos.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB-C cable. You can charge it using a standard USB charger, a power bank or your car's USB port.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the adapters and cup with clean water after use. Don't submerge the machine; wipe it down with a damp cloth instead.
