Shipping and Delivery

Here’s what you need to know about shipping, delivery times and tracking.

Free shipping over 599 kroner

All orders over 599 kroner are sent with no shipping charge. For orders under 599 kroner, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so you can see the total before confirming.

When your parcel is dispatched

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, the parcel will be sent on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days from dispatch. Outlet items usually arrive within 1–4 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within three business days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

No extra charges

The prices shown in the store include VAT. You won’t pay customs duties or any other fees when collecting your parcel.

Multiple items in one order

If you order several items, they will normally arrive in one parcel. If anything is exceptionally sent separately, we’ll let you know by email and you won’t pay extra.

If something is delayed

If your parcel is held up or doesn’t arrive, contact us at kundeservice@makschill.no with your order number. We’ll track it down, send a replacement or refund you.

Incorrect address

Check that your address is correct before ordering. If the parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, we’ll contact you and resend it as soon as we have the correct address.
