Grill&Chill is easy to use. First place it on the grill, brush on a little oil or butter, and it is ready to go. It will not add an unpleasant smell or taste to the food being cooked.

5 tips for anyone buying Grill&Chill mats:
- Do not place the mat directly on the coals. Put it on the grate with plenty of distance from the coals.
- Do not let the temperature exceed 260 °C.
- Brush on a layer of oil before cooking.
- Avoid using metal utensils to clean it.
- Do not fold the mat. Roll it up or store it flat.
