Delivery to New Zealand

Welcome to Makschill. We offer delivery to New Zealand. All prices in our New Zealand storefront are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Free tracked shipping is available on every order, with no minimum spend. The order total is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 6–12 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. International transit, customs checks, local delivery conditions and busy periods can affect arrival times.

Orders may be dispatched from overseas rather than from New Zealand. Items in the same order may travel in separate parcels and arrive on different dates. We do not have a New Zealand warehouse. Tracking details will be emailed when available, and you can use them to follow the parcel's progress.

Free shipping covers the shipping charge offered by our store; it does not mean that New Zealand GST, customs duties or other import charges are included. Additional charges may apply depending on the order. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about which charges are included. The checkout total may not include charges assessed on import.

Check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error or your parcel is delayed, email kundeservice@makschill.no and we will help look into it. Tracking updates do not replace our responsibility to assist with delivery issues.
