FAQs

Got a question?

Will my tablet fit?
The holder fits phones and tablets from 4.7 to 14.6 inches. A thick case may affect the fit.
Can I use my laptop and tablet at the same time?
Yes. Your laptop sits on the lid while the arm holds your tablet. Check that both fit and are positioned securely.
Is it heavy?
About 3.4 kg. It's made for using on the couch or bed at home, not for carrying around in a backpack.
When will my parcel arrive?
Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 6–12 days, with free tracked shipping on every order and no minimum spend. Read more about shipping and delivery.
What if I change my mind?
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You'll need to cover the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law for faulty goods remain separate and are not restricted by this policy. See our returns policy.
Can I use the welcome code?
No, VELKOMMEN15 doesn't apply to Cosy Lap Desk.
