Got a question?

Do I need Wi-Fi in the garden?
Yes. The camera uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so the feeder needs to be within range of your signal. Bluetooth makes setup in the app quick.
How are the clips stored?
The app is free to download. With a microSD card of up to 128 GB, clips are stored on the camera. Cloud storage is a separate service in the app.
Will the solar panel work when there's less sunlight?
The solar roof charges the battery when there's sunlight. When daylight is limited, you can bring the camera inside and charge it via USB-C. A power adaptor isn't included.
Can I talk to the birds?
The camera has a microphone and speaker. You can hear birdsong in the app and play a sound if another animal comes near the feeder.
How do I keep the feeder clean?
Lift off the grille, remove the camera and clean the feeder with warm water and a brush a couple of times a month.
What if I change my mind?
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You'll need to cover the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law for faulty goods remain separate and are not restricted by this policy.
